CRMP Course Withdrawal Policy

Course withdrawal: students wishing to withdraw from a course—for any reason—must do so by contacting the program office at cmpasst@uvic.ca. Do not drop yourself from the course via either My Page on the main UVic website or My Account on the Continuing Studies website. The University reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. The University reserves the right to cancel registration for anyone not meeting course or program prerequisites.

Credit participation: a $100 registration deposit, credited toward the total tuition fee, must be paid in advance directly to UVic Accounting by the course registration deadline in order to confirm your registration in the course. This registration deposit will only be refunded if you withdraw prior to the registration deadline or if course cancellation occurs. Once the registration deadline has passed, participants may be entitled to a partial refund, depending on date of course drop. You can view registration deadlines on course webpages. Non-credit participation: full tuition fee is due at time of course registration in order to confirm your registration in the course. Full tuition will only be refunded if you withdraw prior to the registration deadline or if course cancellation occurs.
