The Rolling Stones' Story…It's Only Rock 'n' Roll, But I Like It
COURSE
Course description
An amazing thing happened to the world of music in the 1960s. Groups of young British men with matching suits and shaggy hair introduced their pop music to the world and it was dubbed the "British Invasion." Take five bad boys from London, a passion for the Blues and a boring post-war England, add in a mix of Chuck Berry and Bo Diddley, shake well and pour out arguably the greatest rock and roll band in history: The Rolling Stones. With nearly 400 songs and over 30 hit albums, we’ll look at how the band came together, study their music and ponder why they’re still together.
