Course description
You will explore the folk blues in the Mississippi Delta and in the Chicago scene of the 1950s. You will also learn about the British and Canadian blues explosions that followed. You will discover who the key women and men were who made this music an enduring part of musical culture around the world. Your instructor is a master of blues piano, and will include live demonstrations of style and repertoire.
