Digital Tools and Contemporary Painting
Part of:
Summer Arts Series
Course description
Discover how digital tools are used in contemporary painting and how a world mediated by images has changed the way we think about the painting medium. This lecture will examine the use of digital and analog tools and the many ways they are applied to contemporary painting. We will question the relationships between digital and analog media and consider their connections to ideas of production, consumption and time.
