Crafting a Compelling Book Proposal
COURSE
Course description
Most non-fiction book contracts are signed on the basis of a detailed proposal. Preparing a proposal can be daunting, but without a clear, well-organized pitch, even the best book idea will have trouble finding a publishing home. In this course, you will learn: why publishers want to see a proposal before they see your book; what a non-fiction proposal should include; how to find publishers to submit your proposal to; and what happens after your proposal is accepted.
