Si Heng leads a diversely talented ELC marketing team, guides the activities of external Liaison Officers and oversees international agent partnerships worldwide. He determines strategic direction for marketing, promotions and the digital presence of the ELC in collaborative consultation with the Dean, Division of Continuing Studies, the Director, English Language Centre, the Director, Division Marketing Services and UVic Global Engagement. Si Heng sets marketing targets, identifies recruitment opportunities, directs market research, establishes and maintains relationships with international stakeholders and oversees the development and implementation of the ELC marketing plan.
